BIOGRAFÍAS              A. T. URQUHART                Vivió en Karaka, Drury, cerca de Auckland en Nueva Zelanda. Fue miembro del Instituto de Auckland en 1877 y miembro de la Real Sociedad de Tasmania en 1896. Murió en 1916, en Nueva Zelanda.      Desde el punto de vista aracnológico, sobre todo se ocupa desde 1882 a 1897 de las arañas de Nueva Zelanda dejándonos un catálogo en 1897, trabajó también con los araneidos de Tasmania, Islas Figi, la Isla Norfolk y Australia.             Su obra:           Urquhart (A.T.), 1882. - Protective Resemblances among New Zealand Spiders.
