|
El género
Nemastomella, con la composición actual, carece de uniformidad
anatómica, lo que lleva a excluir del género a Nemastomella
sexmucronatum Simon (que se figura por primera vez y de la que se
describe el órgano copulador), Nemastomella centetes Simon (para
la que se revalida el género Centetostoma) y Nemastoma
cristinae Rambla. Las revisiones de Dresco (1967) y Rambla (1968)
ponen de manifiesto el escaso conocimiento de varias especies del
género, situación que aquí se intenta paliar: se describe el macho de
Nemastomella manicata (Simon), especie que se figura por primera
vez; el órgano copulador de Nemastomella spinosissima (Kraus),
que lleva a considerar las poblaciones del Sistema Ibérico como
pertenecientes a una especie innominada; se perfila el área de
distribución de Nemastomella bacillifera (Simon), Nemastomella
dentipatellae (Simon) y Nemastomella dipentata (Rambla); y,
finalmente, se describe la primera especie para Andalucía,
Nemastomella gevia sp. nov., encontrada en varias cuevas de Jaén. |

|
The genus
Nemastomella lacks anatomical uniformity with the current specific
composition, which leads to the exclusión of three species from it:
Nemastoma sexmucronatum Simon (figud for the first time, with a
description of its copulatory organ), Nemastoma centeles Simon
(which is placed in the revalidated genus Centetostoma) and
Nemastoma cristinae Rambla. The generic revisions by Dresco (1967)
and Rambla (1968) reveal the poor knowledge of some species of the
genus, on which some information is given here: the male of
Nemastomella manicata (Simon) is described and figured; the
copulatory organ of Nemastomella spinosissima (Kraus) is
described, which leads to consider that the Sistema Ibérico populations,
formerly attributed to this taxon, belong to an unnamed species; the
distribution areas of Nemastomella bacillifera (Simon),
Nemastomella dentipatellae (Simon) and Nemastomella dipentata
(Rambla) are defined; and finally Nemastomella gevia sp. nov. is
described: this the first species from Andalusia, and it was found in
three caves in Jaén province. |
