Se presenta un
análisis cladístico del género Orobothriurus Maury, basado en una
matriz de 22 taxones y 57 caracteres de la morfología externa y del
hemiespermatóforo (incluyendo todas las especies conocidas del género y
siete especies de los géneros Bothriurus Peters Cercophonius
Peters, Centromachetes Lönnberg y Urophonius Pocock). Se
realizaron análisis de parsimonia con pesos iguales y pesos implícitos.
El resultado del análisis sugiere que Orobothriurus no es un
grupo monofilético y contiene dos ramas bien separadas (grupos
"alticola" e "inca"). Se propone y describe un nuevo género de
Bothriuridae: Pachakutej gen. nov., para incluir a las especies
del "grupo inca" y se describen dos especies nuevas: P. juchuicha
y P. oscari. Se incluyen claves para la determinación de especies
en ambos géneros. |

|
A cladistic analysis
of the genus Orobothriurus Maury is provided, based on a matrix
with 22 taxa and 57 characters of the external morphology and the
hemispermatophore (including all known species of the genus and seven
species of the genera Bothriurus Peters, Cercophonius
Peters, Centromachetes Lönnberg and Urophonius Pocock).
Parsimony analyses with equal weights and implied weights were
performed. The results of the analysis suggest that Orobothriurus
is not a monophyletic group and contains two wells separated clades (the
"alticola" and "inca" species groups); therefore a new bothriurid genus
is proposed and described, Pachakutej gen. nov., to include the
inca species-group, and two new species are described: P. juchuicha
and P. oscari. Keys are includes for species in both genera. |
