|
Se
describen las cúspulas de Macrothele calpeiana en ejemplares
adultos de ambos sexos, así como de inmaduros antes de su dispersión,
procedentes de la Península Ibérica. Se observan tanto en el labio como
en la porción ventral interna de la coxa de los pedipalpos en todos los
estadios. Los adultos poseen un elevado número de cúspulas labiales y
maxilares. Las cúspulas son similares en ornamentación y tamaño en el
mismo individuo. Su número y tamaño aumentan con la edad. Se observan
diferencias clares en las microestructuras presentes en las caras oral y
aboral de las cúspulas maxilares y labiales. Se destaca la presencia de
un poro en la zona media de la cara oral de multitud de cúspulas, tanto
en el labio como en las maxilas, además de algún poro maxilar en
posición apical. |

|
The
cuspules of Macrothele calpeiana are described for the first
time, based on specimens of both sexes from the Iberian Peninsula,
including adults and inmature specimens before their dispersal. Cuspules
are present on both the labium and the internal ventral part of the
coxae of the palps at all stages. Adults have a high number of labial
and maxillary cuspules. The cuspules are similar in ornamentation and
size in the same individual. Their number and size increase with age.
Clear differences are observed in the microstructures of the oral and
aboral faces of the maxillary and labial cuspules. An important
observation to be noted is a pore in the medial area of the oral face in
many of the cuspules on both the labium and the maxila, and sometimes an
apical maxyllary pore.. |
