|
The oribatid mite
communities of five beech forests from the north-east of the Iberian
Peninsula was studied for three years. 8,502 specimens were collected,
and a systematic checklist of the 153 identified species is presented
here. Damaeus (D.) firmus Kunst, 1957 is recorded for the first
time from the Iberian Peninsula and the known distribution of 76 species
is extended. |

Durante tres años se
estudiaron las comunidades de ácaros oribátidos de cinco hayedos del
nordeste de la Península Ibérica. Se recogieron 8.502 ejemplares, y se
presenta aquí el listado sistemático de las 153 especies identificadas.
Se cita por primera vez de la Península Ibérica a Damaeus (D.) firmus
Kunst, 1957 y se amplía la distribución conocida de 76 especies. |
